Orders paid via Afterpay or similar services are subject to the provider’s terms and conditions. Central Trophies & Name Badges is not responsible for disputes regarding payment to the provider.
Approved existing customers may be issued an account, with invoices sent directly via email. Payment for account customers is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Pricing and Availability
We strive to ensure all product prices and details are accurate; however, errors may occur. If an issue arises with your order due to pricing or availability, we will notify you as soon as possible to resolve the matter.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays once orders have been dispatched. Local pickup is available by arrangement.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For minor issues, we may choose to repair or replace the product.

To the extent permitted by law, Central Trophies & Name Badges will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the products sold.
